
Situated within the beautiful hills of North Wales on the outskirts of the small village of Berthengam it overlooks the River Dee Estuary to the Wirral beyond. This cottage ideally suits 4 persons, consists of one double bedroom with a king size bed, and a bedroom with two single beds located upstairs along with a modern bathroom which has a bath, shower enclosure, sink and toilet.
On the ground floor, there is an open plan living room/kitchen which has two sofa's, Smart TV and a wood burning stove for those chilly nights. It also has a downstairs toilet and sink for extra convenience. The Kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, Fridge/Freezer, induction Hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Bed Linen, towels, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Travel cot & high chair available on request. Outside the cottage there is a table, four chairs, parasol and a BBQ. Off road parking is allocated to the front of your cottage. Our cottages are a perfect place to stay for a relaxing break and for walkers and cyclists (cycle store available).
We are in an ideal location just 10-minute drive from Talacre and the coastal town of Prestatyn with a great choice of independent shops and places to eat and drink along with a shopping park. There is also a five mile stretch of a sandy beach and an indoor swimming pool and children’s leisure facility is located on the beachfront in the coastal town of Prestatyn.
With the A55 just a 5-10-minute drive it is easy to visit The Historic towns of Chester, Llandudno and Conwy all within a 30-minute drive and Snowdonia National Park and Betws Y Coed are only an hour’s drive away with the many activities they offer. There are cycle routes and places to walk such as the Offa’s Dyke, Clwydian Range, North Wales coastal path and a choice of Links and Heathland golf courses are nearby as well as Gyrn Castle fishery which is just a 5-minute drive away.
